Our Story
On the tools
Our story starts on the tools. Co-Founder Zak was working long days as a landscaper and business owner, but the job didn’t finish when the sun went down.
Nights were spent chasing quotes, scrolling through supplier sites, and waiting on replies, that sometimes never came. What should’ve been a simple task, finding the best price for materials, turned into hours of wasted time and endless frustration. We knew there had to be a better way.
Idea
That’s when the idea hit: what if there was one place where tradies could see and compare supplier prices instantly, without the back-and-forth?

And so, Himate was born, a platform built to save tradies time, money, and headaches, so they can focus on the job, not the paperwork. We’re working hard to get it off the ground, and we won’t stop until every tradie has the tools to work smarter, not harder.
